CROWNE MEADOWS IS AMENDING OUR BYLAWS!!!!!

And we need YOUR input

Why: Crowne Meadows HOA community is over 35 years old – And our Bylaws and Declarations of Covenants are outdated. As a Homeowners Association and its responsibilities to our residents, we must continue to operate and manage the community by maintaining our governing documents which must be amended.  

Allied mailed out the proposed Bylaws and Architectural Guidelines for your review in December 2025. The Board is requesting your input so the new and improved Bylaws & Architectural Guidelines can be adopted and recorded with the State of Maryland. We’re asking for your YES on the proxy!

Some Items Included in the Amended Bylaws & Arch Guidelines

  • New laws/Regulations with the State
  • EV charging stations
  • Solar panels
  • New colors and materials for decks & fences
  • Noise ordinances
  • And More

The next HOA meeting is in March, and we will have a vote on adopting these new Bylaws and Architectural Guidelines.

If you will vote “NO” on your proxy, we ask that you provide us with an explanation in advance as to why so that we may try to address your concerns.
