Before You Begin
Please have the following items ready before starting your application. You cannot save and return later, so all items must be available to complete and submit the form:

1. Your full contact information (name, address, phone, email).
2. Property owner’s name (if you are a renter).
3. Vehicle details for each car requiring a permit (make, model, color, license plate, etc.)
4. A clear photo of the driver’s license for the primary driver of each vehicle.
5. A clear photo of the current vehicle registration for each vehicle.
